FAQ
-
Do I need to prepare anything before our visit? No, unless your dog has a medical condition or has been prescribed medication, in which case, you would need to get clearance from your veterinarian before the session.
-
Where do services take place?Sessions are done in the comfort of your own home, as some dogs feel more relaxed in a familiar environment. This is particularly beneficial for dogs that struggle to get in/out of the car due to age or mobility-related issues and also highly anxious dogs.
-
How do I know if my dog will sit still for treatment?I always work with the dog in front of me. It is my duty to ensure that your dog feels safe and we build a positive relationship right from the start. Then again, your dog may just surprise you! If you have any concerns, please reach out first.
-
What if I need to cancel or reschedule our appointment?Things happen. If you do need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice to avoid any charges.
-
Are there any travel fees?Travel fees apply for distances over 15 km. Please get in touch to discuss specifics.
-
What to expect?I am very open and transparent about your dog's needs and how I can help reach those goals. If we feel we are not achieving the results/outcomes we had hoped, this needs to be communicated so we can find the right person for your dog!
